Kyle Swarts safety director

For more than 18 years, Kyle has immersed himself in occupational safety, training, and emergency preparedness and response.  His experience spans multiple industries including:

Kyle brings unique perspective and insight to occupational safety.  Having worked on both sides of the safety equation - preparing and training before an incident or injury occurs, and responding to incidents and injuries after they have already occurred - he knows how best to prepare for and avoid preventable, costly, and often deadly mistakes.

​

When not working, Kyle spends time with his family and referees high school and collegiate lacrosse.  He is also a former Technical Search Specialist with the prestigious FEMA Urban Search and Rescue team Texas A&M Task Force 1.
